A leading Information Technology Company is seeking to hire a Tele Sales Engineer to lead the team’s operations.

JOB PURPOSE

Lead a team of lead generation specialists, oversee demand creation efforts, and directly support pre-sales conversations to convert leads into qualified opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the design and implementation of multi-channel lead generation strategies targeting SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Develop content, messaging, and call-to-actions for outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls).
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects through inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Lead initial discovery calls with prospects to understand cybersecurity needs and qualify intent.
  • Track performance metrics such as lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, engagement rates, and funnel velocity.
  • Introduce tools and workflows to improve productivity and data accuracy. 
  • Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends and partner offerings to keep the team aligned with market shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 
  • 4+ years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or pre-sales roles in B2B technology (preferably cybersecurity or IT services). 
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring sales development or lead generation teams. 
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and marketing automation tools. 
  • Excellent communication, listening, and consultative selling skills.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity categories (e.g., cloud security, endpoint, threat detection, vulnerability management).
