The Ghana Jobs & Skills Project (GJSP) is back for its impactful second phase, from May to August 2024. Funded by the World Bank Group and implemented by the Government of Ghana through the Ghana Enterprises Agency (GEA), the project equips Ghanaian entrepreneurs with the skills needed to thrive. MGA Consulting Ghana Limited (MGA Consulting), an indigenous capacity-building organization, is proud to remain a key facilitator of five (5) regions under this project: Western, Western North, Bono, Bono East, and Ahafo regions.
Building on the significant momentum of Phase 1, where MGA Consulting was substantially impacted by training over 8,000 youth, business owners, and start-ups across five regions, Phase 2 is set to reach over 5,000 beneficiaries. MGA Consulting’s commitment to supporting the project’s mission is unwavering. With top-notch facilitators led by Mr. Michael Abbiw, the CEO of MGA Consulting, the beneficiaries of this phase will be groomed in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and kaizen.
The program is also set to facilitate connections between these entrepreneurs and established business leaders, empowering continued growth and knowledge sharing while recognizing the importance of promoting a supportive network for these beneficiaries.
MGA Consulting Ghana Limited firmly believes in the power of entrepreneurship as a driving force for economic development and job creation in Ghana. This aligns perfectly with its goal of providing entrepreneurship development support services to businesses seeking growth. Playing a vital role in empowering the next generation of Ghanaian business leaders is not just a responsibility but a fulfilling collaborative endeavor. We are honored to contribute to the nation’s economic prosperity by supporting these ambitious individuals.
