Clarus Kwofie is an accomplished sales, marketing, and customer experience leader with over 15 years of progressive experience in market intelligence, business development, and strategic marketing operations in Ghana. He currently serves as the Head of Sales and Marketing & Customer Experience at MGA Consulting Ghana Ltd.

Prior to this role, Clarus led the firm’s Marketing and Sales Outsourcing unit, supporting organizations to improve market reach and optimize sales performance. He has also held senior leadership roles, including Director of Marketing and Operations at Well Tech Fluids Africa and Market Intelligence & Business Development Lead at Ideal Trade Ghana Ltd.

Clarus possesses strong expertise in market intelligence, brand management, campaign strategy, customer acquisition, and competitive analysis. Throughout his career, he has successfully translated market insights into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth and build long-term customer loyalty.

He holds an MBA in Marketing from Methodist University College Ghana, a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), and a BSc in Biochemistry from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
