A leading Insurance Brokerage firm is actively seeking motivated and dedicated Sales Executives to sell the company’s products and services to client organizations.
JOB PURPOSE
To drive revenue growth for the brokerage by identifying, prospecting, and securing new insurance business while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. The role involves understanding client risk profiles, recommending suitable insurance solutions from a range of providers, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client retention, satisfaction, and long-term business development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell insurance policies and effectively close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities for efficient tracking.
- Proactively establish initial rapport with clients.
- Keep meticulous sales and delivery records, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrate proficiency in preparing and managing a sales pipeline.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven Sales Experience.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Extensive experience in identifying new customers and adept at negotiating deals.
- Strong record-keeping skills to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
