A leading Real Estate developer seeks a Senior Sales Consultant responsible for delivering sales targets by strengthening existing sales channels and creating new ones.
JOB PURPOSE
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their requirements. You will represent the company’s products or services, effectively communicate their value propositions, and guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale. This role requires a proactive and results-driven approach, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business challenges, objectives, and requirements.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Present proposals, quotes, and pricing options to clients, addressing any objections and negotiating terms to secure the sale.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, demonstrating consistent performance and contribution to revenue growth.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and personal development through training, workshops, and self-learning initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consultative selling role or relevant industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Effective negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.

- Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible hours to accommodate client meetings and business requirements.
