Today marks the end of Phase 1 of the Training program for the Ghana Jobs and Skills Project (GJSP) for five regions (Bono, Bono East, Western, Western North and Ahafo).
This project is funded by World Bank Group and Implemented by Ghana Enterprises Agency to provide entrepreneurial training for over 50,000 small scale and medium enterprises and competitive business startup grants to these entrepreneurs for jobs.
The project seeks to equip the beneficiaries with essential knowledge and skills as well as financial assistance to start, grow, improve their productivity and sustain their business within this competitive market.
GEA will provide training to 50,000 youth and deploy financial support to 5,000 selected youth who successfully undergo training up to the intermediate level.
In process of this project, MGA Consulting Ghana Limited is said to be the main facilitators to help coordinate through till the end.
