A leading Insurance Brokerage Firm seeks to employ the services of a well-experienced and result-oriented Manager to identify business growth, develop and implement strategies to meet organizational objectives, set goals as well as delegate tasks for a more efficient team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively solicit and secure new business opportunities.
- Effectively close deals and foster strong relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
- Regularly update and organize customer information for efficient use.
- Ensure timely and accurate receipt of commissions.
- Generate and deliver detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Certificate, Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the ACIl will be an advantage.
- Minimum of Five (5) years of proven work experience in a Sales and Marketing role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make result-oriented decisions.
- Must have driving skills and a valid Driver’s License.
